米哈伊尔·谢尔盖耶维奇·戈尔巴乔夫（俄语：Михаи́л Серге́евич Горбачёв；1931年3月2日—2022年8月30日）是俄罗斯及前苏联政治人物。作为苏联第八任暨末代领导人，他于1985年至1991年担任苏联共产党中央委员会总书记，并于1988年至1991年间担任国家元首——1988年至1989年任苏联最高苏维埃主席团主席，1989年至1990年任苏联最高苏维埃主席，1990年至1991年任苏联总统。在意识形态上，他早期遵循马克思列宁主义，至1990年代初逐渐转向社会民主主义。
