STORY INTRODUCTION
斯蒂芬·约翰·弗莱是英国演员、编剧、作家、剧作家、记者、诗人、喜剧演员、电视节目主持人和电影导演，也是诺维奇城足球俱乐部的董事。他在 1981 年的 Cambridge Footlights Revue 演讲“The Cellar Tapes”中首次引起人们的注意，其中还包括 Hugh Laurie、Emma Thompson 和 Tony Slattery。他与休·劳里（Hugh Laurie）一起，作为喜剧双人表演弗莱和劳里，共同编剧并共同主演了《弗莱和劳里》（A Bit of Fry & Laurie），两人还在《吉夫斯和伍斯特》中扮演了主角。
