弗吉尼亚·凯瑟琳·罗兰兹（Virginia Cathryn “Gena” Rowlands，1930年6月19日-），美国女演员。她曾四次获得艾美奖和两次金球奖，因与已故演员兼导演丈夫约翰·卡萨维茨合作拍摄了十部电影而闻名，包括《受影响的女人》（1974 年）和《格洛丽亚》（1980 年），这为她赢得了奥斯卡最佳女主角奖的提名。她还凭借《开幕之夜》（1977）获得了最佳女主角银熊奖。
