菲比·凯茨（Phoebe Cates），1963年7月16日生于美国纽约。母亲的中国血统赋予她黑色的头发和东方的神韵，她的的片子却大多和中国的观众无缘。和好朋友詹妮弗·贾森·里合作的电影《开放的美国学府》使她成为当时的新兴偶像，1980年代红极一时。主要作品有《金童玉女》。
