帕特里夏·海伦·希顿（Patricia Helen Heaton，1958年3月4日-），美国女演员。她因在 CBS 情景喜剧《人人都爱雷蒙德》（1996-2005 年）中饰演黛布拉·巴隆 （Debra Barone） 和在 ABC 情景喜剧《中间》（2009-2018 年）中饰演弗朗西斯“弗兰基”赫克而闻名。
