厄尼·亚当斯（本名欧内斯特·斯蒂芬·迪马雷，1885年6月18日－1947年11月26日）是美国杂耍演员、舞台及银幕演员、编剧。
他出生于加利福尼亚州旧金山，父亲为莱昂·D·亚当斯，母亲为劳伦斯·G·吉拉德。他曾以欧内斯特·S·亚当斯、厄尼·S·亚当斯等艺名进行演出。
他的演艺生涯涉足杂耍、戏剧和电影领域。他最初在百老汇从事音乐喜剧表演。他与妻子伯多娜·吉尔伯特组成了“吉尔伯特与亚当斯”杂耍二人组。自1919年起至1948年，他出演了超过400部电影，从默片时代开始，尤以饰演阴险狡诈的角色而闻名。在百老汇，亚当斯曾出演《嘟嘟！》（1918）。
1947年11月26日，亚当斯因急性肺水肿在加利福尼亚州洛杉矶的西奥林匹克疗养院去世，享年62岁。他被安葬于北好莱坞的瓦尔哈拉纪念公园。
