克里斯托弗·哈登-盖斯特（Christopher Haden-Guest），第五代哈登-盖斯特男爵（生于1948年2月5日），更广为人知的名字是克里斯托弗·盖斯特（Christopher Guest），是美国编剧、作曲家、音乐家、导演、演员和喜剧演员。他在好莱坞最广为人知的是编剧、导演和主演了几部即兴的“模拟”电影，这些电影具有类似剧目般的合奏演员阵容，例如《这是脊椎穿刺》。在英国，他拥有男爵贵族身份，并公开表示希望看到上议院改革为民主选举产生的议院。尽管最初在上议院活动，但他的职业生涯因 1999 年上议院法案而缩短。当使用他的头衔时，他通常简称为哈登-盖斯特勋爵。
