剧情简介
STORY INTRODUCTION
前特种部队成员Doc Alexander被要求秘密调解与墨西哥毒品贩子的停战。当俄克拉荷马州州长理查德·杰夫斯在电视上庆祝处决一名高级毒贩成员时，他的幕僚长和Doc告诉他，他刚刚结束了一场和平。但为时已晚，因为毒贩集团的刽子手Cuco已经将他的复仇目标对准了Doc的女儿Dixie。
