STORY INTRODUCTION
影片改编自史实：1966年8月18日，105名澳军和3名新西兰尖兵混编的一支特遣队，在橡胶树园遭遇了正在前往越南东南部准备消灭澳大利亚驻地的大批北越军队。来者是得到两个营加强的北越精锐275旅，在随后的三个半小时里，100名澳军与这2500名越军展开了激烈的战斗。面对1：25的人力劣势，澳军就地组织防守，在后方火力支援下以18人死亡，24人受伤的代价获得了5倍的交换比并击退了北越军队。
