STORY INTRODUCTION
迪士尼和皮克斯的首席创意官（Chief Creative Officer）约翰·拉塞特（John Lasseter）说：“在两部《赛车总动员》里我们已经很好的探索了汽车的世界，所以很自然的，就产生了这部以飞机为主角的影片的想法。它将拓展《赛车总动员》的世界。”
据介绍，《飞机总动员》的主角“Dusty”是一个小镇飞机，他梦想着有朝一日能够环球飞行，但他却有恐高症。在朋友的帮助下，他克服重重困难，开始了人生中最大的一次挑战。
